KaagazKalam Indcap Community

Indcap team members have always been active participants in social activities individually. Any personal achievement or occasion is always celebrated with the less fortunate section of society. In the past we have helped slum children with school stationery every year since 2007 and arrangement of marriage ceremony of one Girl each year since 2003. Our team members pay visits to local orphanages, oldage homes and School for special children and spend time periodically.

These small gestures have given us lot of Joy and happiness and a sense of achievement which remains etched in our hearts forever. Indcap believes that each of us is capable to bring the positive change we wish to see near us and this belief has brought us together to form our community formally in the year 2011. We believe together we can achieve better result and the joy will be multifold.

Indcap is run by team of professionals with different socio economic background, however one thing binds them together and that is the light of education within all of us. Whatever we all have achieved today is all because of the education our parents provided us. We believe, education is the force behind any positive growth.


With this belief Indcap has initiated the empowerment of underpriviledged children with “KaagazKalam”. KaagazKalam is an initiative by Indcap to bring the light of education, the joy of owning that first book. There are many children without access to basic tools of education- kaagaz aur kalam. We aim to assist them in getting access to such necessity in their journey towards a better life.

We plan to start one centre at our own office premises in Minto Park, Kolkata, with capacity of training 10 people at a time. The classes will be held in morning before office hours. The students will be provided free course material and total practical training in MS office, Email, internet and personal grooming with spoken English basics.

We are willing to associate with retailers/libraries/schools/NGOs/ orphanage to act as collection centre for the education materials.

Shraddha Khanna -Assistant Vice President

A Company Secretary and a Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta. She has 6+ years of experience in the fields of M&A, PE, Merchant Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Insolvency Resolution and Valuation. She has been advising and working on clients across sectors like – real estate, hospitality, retail food chains, healthcare, metals and mining. Her core area of interest lies in working for and advising start-ups. She is an enthusiastic and responsible professional and has a dynamic personality.

Ravi Shankar Seth-Assistant Vice President

An MBA in finance having experience of more than 15 years in Debt Syndication and Corporate Debt Restructuring. Expertise on preparation of Detailed Financial Modelling, Information Memorandum, Techno Economic Viability Study, Detailed Project Report, Stress Funding, Valuation, Corporate Advisory, Retail Loans, Rating, Due Diligence and Deal Negotiation.

Vikash Kedia- Senior Vice President

Experienced finance and deals professional with over 15 years of experience in private equity, M&A, IPO, debt, treasury and structured finance, strategic partnerships and collaborations, valuation and financial modelling, competitive bidding, corporate strategy and planning, investment banking, business restructuring and stressed asset resolution under IBC. He has worked with leading MNC and domestic investment banks in advisory roles and in corporate finance / treasury roles in leading institutions. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
